Overview of the Plumbing Service

Recently, Cornel’s was called out to a single-family residence in Lake Oswego, OR, to provide a plumbing service. The customer requested the replacement of four old supply line valves while the cabinets were removed. The pipes were identified as CPVC, which required careful handling during the replacement process.

Initial Assessment and Customer Interaction

Upon arrival, the technician from Cornel’s assessed the situation and confirmed the need to replace five angle stops. These were located in three and a half bathrooms and two under a small bar sink. The customer, Rick, was present onsite to discuss the requirements and options for the replacement of the angle stops.

Execution of the Plumbing Service

The technician provided various options for the replacement of the angle stops, all of which were attached to CPVC pipes. The customer had no objections and signed off on the work. During the process, a small portion of the CPVC cracked, necessitating a repair inside the wall. Additionally, two small sections of drywall in the cabinets had to be opened to complete the repairs, which required a change order.

After the repairs were completed, the water was turned back on, and the technician ensured there were no issues or leaks. The job was completed successfully with no need for follow-up. The customer was satisfied with the service provided by Cornel’s.
